Zulfacar Hussain is an experienced educational leader with over 10 years of expertise in Computer Science, Digital Learning, Data, and Assessment. Originally from England, he has spent the past five years working in Dubai, where he has developed a strong appreciation for diverse and multicultural learning environments.

Throughout his career, Zulfacar has held a range of leadership positions, including Head of Computer Science and Head of E-Learning. In these roles, he has led curriculum development, driven digital innovation, supported staff development, and implemented data-informed whole-school improvement initiatives. He has also served as a member of the Associate Senior Leadership Team for Data and Assessment, contributing to academic excellence and strategic school improvement.

Zulfacar is passionate about leveraging technology to create engaging, inclusive, and future-focused learning experiences that inspire students to become creative, confident, and independent learners. He strongly believes in empowering both students and staff through innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

As a leader, Zulfacar values building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families, fostering an environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and motivated to succeed. He believes that education should nurture not only academic excellence but also confidence, resilience, and strong character.

Outside of education, Zulfacar enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and staying active through sport. He believes that sports and extracurricular activities play a vital role in developing teamwork, confidence, discipline, and leadership skills.

A lifelong learner, Zulfacar encourages curiosity, continuous improvement, and personal growth in both students and colleagues, inspiring a culture of learning that extends beyond the classroom.
