Student Apple Device Programme & E-Store
At GEMS Metropole, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, technology-integrated education. As part of our Student Apple Device Policy, Apple products are the required standard for all students from Year 2 to Year 13 to ensure seamless connectivity with our digital learning platforms.
E-Safety Package Requirement
In line with our Parent-School Contract and BYOD Policy, all students in Years 2-11 must have the E-Safety Package installed on their device.
This package is only compatible with Apple devices and is required to access the school Wi-Fi and online resources.

How to Purchase a Device
We strongly recommend using our trusted supplier, JTRS - an official Apple Education Partner. Devices are available from just AED 1,200 via our MTS E-Store.

If your device meets the criteria:
- Complete the Existing Device Handover Form
- Book an appointment for E-Safety configuration
- Follow all pre-checks listed on the form
- Bring your device and form/receipt to your scheduled appointment
- Your device will be restored to factory settings and returned within 48–72 hours
Transferring E-Safety to a New Device
If your child already had E-Safety on a previous iPad:
- Complete the Transfer MDM Form
- Book your configuration appointment
- Complete all steps and pre-checks
- Bring your new device to school on the booked date
- Device will be restored and returned in 48–72 hours
