Nadeem Suleman

My name is Mr. Suleman and I am from London in England where I lived my whole life before moving to Dubai in 2018.

My background is varied and after completing my A Levels, I started a design degree at the London College of Fashion before completing a BEng in Mechanical Engineering at Queen Mary, University of London in 2007. In 2009, I completed my PGCE in Secondary Maths at Middlesex University in London.

I have taught in all kinds of schools, including single sex, mixed, grammar and free schools and have worked with educational charities that build aspirations for borderline students.

My first three years in Dubai were at an American Curriculum school and I am now happy to be back at a British Curriculum school.

I enjoy teaching mathematics and am constantly in awe of how often it relates to the real world, whether explicitly or in a more abstract sense. I believe that all students can achieve given the right conditions and work ethic. With a strong foundational base of knowledge, learning the thought processes associated and applications of mathematics can be a truly transformative experience.
