Adam Hall

My name is Adam Hall and I am extremely excited to continue teaching at Metropole for my fourth year at the school and my sixth year as a teacher. This year, I am thrilled to be joining the wonderful Year 3 team as Head of Year 3. Alongside teaching your children, I am excited to support the year group and help create a positive, engaging and successful learning environment for all pupils.

In 2018, I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, England, with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Business Management. Following this, I worked within the education sector in international schools before completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at The University of Leicester, England, in 2020.

Over the last five years, I have developed a broad range of teaching experience across primary education and have built a strong understanding of how to make learning engaging, challenging and enjoyable for children. During my time as a Class Teacher and Deputy Head of Year, I have taught and supported a wide range of learners and I am excited to continue this journey in Year 3.

In my spare time, I love to play a range of sports such as football, golf and padel, as well as going to the gym. I enjoy travelling and exploring new countries during my holidays, as I am passionate about experiencing different cultures, which is another reason I enjoy teaching at Metropole so much.

I am extremely passionate about helping primary children develop not only academically, but also as confident and well-rounded individuals. To ensure my lessons are engaging and learning goals are achieved, I use a range of teaching approaches to motivate and support all learners. I always aim to create an inclusive classroom culture where children feel confident to make decisions, take risks in their learning and try new strategies.
