Mr. Naveed Iqbal is an inspirational leader who is respected as a credible voice in decision making, school set ups, and establishing efficient and effective schools which aim to achieve educational excellence overtime. He is now part of a strong team spearheading major strategic shifts in Education by leading GEMS Metropole; a school which provides quality education to the Motor City and wider community.

Nav believes in learning for all, always wanting to learn and grow, always supporting and nurturing leaders around him, parents, staff and students alike. As a father of four boys, with the youngest age two and the oldest age 19, he has a personal understanding of the concerns, wishes and plans parents have for their children, Nav aims to accommodate and support the school experience of children.
